PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Completed in 2023, Casino Heights Estates is a luxury 10-storey residential development comprising 38 apartments in a secure, private estate environment. The
project reflects a blend of modern living and historical preservation, integrating the façade of the original Casino Cinema to retain the cultural identity of Yaba.
THE CHALLENGE:
The client required a premium residential building that delivered modern comforts while thoughtfully preserving a culturally symbolic structure. This meant achieving contemporary engineering quality that serves present-day residential needs without compromising the historic architectural elements on site.

Horatio constructed a 10-storey mixed-apartment building supported by robust engineering systems and efficient space planning. Our scope included structural works, MEP infrastructure, interior finishes and external works.
