Even in its earliest years Horatio Limited gravitated towards the most challenging and fulfilling projects of grand scale and complexity. Founded in 1975, Horatio Limited is the civil engineering/construction arm of IGPES Gas & Power, an indigenous Nigerian company with a proven record of service delivery in the areas of oil field Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Engineering & Procurement, Installation, Construction and Commissioning of oil and gas facilities.
IGPES Gas & Power is the flagship of the IGPES group of companies comprising of Horatio Limited, Interglobal Procurement Engineering Services Limited, KOA Oil & Gas Limited, Enermech Nigeria Limited, Elektrint (Nigeria) Limited and Elper Oil Field Services.
Over the years Horatio Limited has developed a reputation of a company with vast expertise in construction, engineering, procurement and maintenance of various types of infrastructure through Construction/Civil Engineering Services MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Services, Craftsman Workmanship Services, Interior Designs and Manpower Supply delivering Grade A quality projects across Nigeria in the process.
Horatio Limited is currently implementing the IMS Standard (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015), integrating all our systems and processes into one complete framework, enabling us to work as a single unit with unified objectives.
