In October 2020, Horatio Limited completed the contract for the Construction of The DUCHESS
International Hospital, Ikeja Lagos, a subsidiary of The Reddington Hospital Group. DUCHESS
International Hospital is an ultra-modern, state-of-the-art fully ensuite 100-bed hospital facility
delivering advanced multi-specialty healthcare services across a variety of specialist and subspecialty
areas including Emergency & Critical Care, Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery, Surgical Services, Imaging,
Diagnostics & Interventional Radiology, Maternity, Neonatal & Pediatric Care, Laboratory &
Pharmacy and Wellness, Preventive Care & Other Services
The hospital boasts advanced facilities such as:
 100 bed capacity
 36 clinical consulting rooms
 5 operating theatres
 22 critical care beds
 21 dedicated cardiac beds
 8 dialysis beds, amongst others
Situated in the heart of the Lagos mainland, its unique positioning and carefully constructed design

Since its commissioning, The DUCHESS International Hospital has been recognized as the Private
Tertiary Healthcare Facility of the Year for two consecutive years (2024 & 2025) by the Nigerian
Healthcare Excellence Awards (NHEA).
