Sequel to the complete acquisition of Mobil Nigeria, Seplat Energy Plc. contracted Horatio Limited to execute the renovation of its new office formerly known as Mobil House, located at Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island Lagos. Horatio Limited’s scope included but was not limited to the following activities:

 Utility works such as Elevator servicing and load testing, HVAC system servicing, Power supply system checks and servicing, Portable water supply system checks, and servicing and Sewage disposal system checks and servicing
 Pressure washing of external mosaic tiling on the external façade and re-grouting of the mosaic tiles.
 Minor retrofitting works
 Installation of Woven Vinyl floor carpets
 Ceiling Installation Works
 Doors, Windows, and Ironmongery
 Painting and Decorations
 Lighting
 MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) works
 QA/QC management
 HSE management
