In 2024, Horatio Limited delivered the Canteen Extension and Facilities Upgrade at Alpha 1 Podium as part of SNEPCo.’s commitment to staff welfare, operational efficiency and safe working environments in compliance with SNEPCo. HSSE, food safety and facilities management standards.
THE CHALLENGE:
SNEPCO. required a Canteen extension designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing Alpha 1 building architecture and services while maintaining uninterrupted operations within the wider facility.
THE HORATIO SOLUTION
Horatio deployed a multidisciplinary team of engineers, builders and fit-out specialists to execute the expansion, reconfiguration and modernization of the existing canteen within the podium level of the Alpha 1 commercial building.
