Horatio Limited executed the construction of Comdale Place, a premium residential development located in the heart of Oniru, Victoria Island. The project comprised a 4-storey building with 12 Italian-styled Maisonet’s, designed to offer exclusivity, comfort and refined living in one of Lagos’ prime residential districts.
THE CHALLENGE:
The client required a high-end residential facility that balanced architectural elegance with efficient engineering systems, ensuring long-term comfort, functionality and sustainability within a dense urban environment.

Structural construction
Electrical and piping installations
Instrumentation and commissioning support

4 bedrooms (all ensuite) plus a maid’s room
