PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Following the acquisition of Mobil Nigeria, SEPLAT Energy Plc. engaged Horatio Limited to execute a comprehensive renovation of its new corporate office, (formerly known as Mobil House) serving staff and operational units in Lagos.

THE CHALLENGE:
The project required upgrading an existing corporate office to meet SEPLAT’s internal standards for corporate office environments ensuring minimal disruption to building systems while maintaining strict quality and safety controls.

THE HORATIO SOLUTION
Horatio executed a comprehensive renovation scope including:

Elevator servicing and load testing
HVAC system servicing
Power supply system checks and servicing
Portable water supply and sewage system servicing
Pressure washing and re-grouting of external mosaic façade
Minor retrofitting works
Installation of woven vinyl floor carpets

Doors, windows and ironmongery
Painting, decoration, lighting and plumbing works
