PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The Slim & Sean Residential Development is an ongoing construction project executed by Horatio Limited for Slim & Sean Limited. Located in South-West Ikoyi, the facility is designed to provide waterfront luxury housing units for residential purposes.
THE CHALLENGE:
The client required a luxury residential structure in South-West Ikoyi whose surrounding waterfront areas are close to lagoons and historically swampy land meaning the ground is naturally saturated with water.
THE HORATIO SOLUTION
Horatio is currently executing the construction of a luxury residential building inclusive of:
All civil works including substructure and superstructure construction
Indoor swimming pool and recreational centre
Ample parking
Horatio mitigated flooding and high water-table risks by engineering the foundation, drainage and waterproofing systems to suit Ikoyi’s saturated soil conditions, ensuring structural stability and long-term durability of the residential development.
