Mr. Uzoma Ekpecham
CHAIRMAN
Mr. Uzoma Ekpecham is the Chairman on the Board of Directors of Horatio Limited. He holds a B.Sc from the University of Port-Harcourt, he is a Life Member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) and has attended various Development Programs in Havard Business School, Havard School of Leadership and MIT Sloan.
He is an experienced business leader with over 30 years of a successful career in Business Strategy, Business Development and Operations Management with a reputation for consistently maintaining excellent performance and offering meaningful contributions to successful business operations in the Construction and Oil and Gas industry. He is highly innovative and self-driven, with a strong technical know-how, effective leadership skills.
He started his career as Business Development Manager, Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer for the IGPES Group, and Horatio Limited is part of this group. He possesses great business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills and is very experienced in stirring creative visions and coordinating the operations and profitability of all the companies in the IGPES group.
Mr. Uzoma is a philanthropist who has stood out among his peers and oversees a welcoming, generous company with a culture that cares about the well-being of its employees and community.
Mr. Uzoma is happily married with children.
MR. FRANSISCO DOREGOS
DIRECTOR
Francisco Doregos has over 20 years’ experience in the Construction and Built Environment industry. He has a broad knowledge across many sectors and has particularly been involved with a series of prestigious Public Sector, Aviation, Commercial, Residential and mixed use schemes in the UK and Africa.
His experience covers all aspects of the built environment, with particular expertise in Design and Coordination of Mechanical and Electrical Services on major building projects in Healthcare, Industrial buildings, Data Centres, Commercial offices, Educational buildings, Residential, Hotels and Airports.
Mr. Fransisco holds BSc. in Building Services Engineering from University of Central Lancashire. He currently sits on the Board of other organizations involved in Technology Solutions, Financial and Educational services as a Director and Committee member.
Mr. Fransisco is passionate about the environment and strives to make the world a better place for everyone.
MR. SERGE DASSAS
DIRECTOR
Mr. Dassas is a Director on the Board of Directors of Horatio Limited. He is a Beligian who possesses an MBA in Business Engineering from the University of Bruxelles, Solvay Bruxelles School and is very fluent in French, Dutch, English and Swahili languages.
Mr. Dassas began his career in 1992 when he founded Alpha Prime Sa in Belgium, a company involved in a variety of projects ranging from constructed and installed gas plants, gas compressor facilities, and maintenance services in various services. He also founded Ibis Pharma Sa, an agent for Pharmaceutical companies who participate in the implementation of growth strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
Since joining the IGPES Group in 2006 Mr. Dassas has exhibited his experience in Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Implementing Policies and Regulatory Compliance. He is adept in working with International standards as concern Quality, Health Safety and Environment, while also recognizing our social responsibilities as a construction company in Nigerian and within Africa.
