Even in its earliest years, Horatio Limited gravitated towards the most challenging and fulfilling projects of grand scale and complexity. Founded in 1975, Horatio Limited is the civil engineering/construction arm of IGPES Holdings, Horatio Limited is an experienced EPCIC contractor with credible pedigree for flawless and safe delivery of projects within cost and schedule.
IGPES Holdings is the flagship of the IGPES group of companies comprising of IGPES Gas & Power, Horatio Limited, Interglobal Procurement Engineering Services Limited, KOA Oil & Gas Limited, Enermech Nigeria Limited, Elektrint (Nigeria) Limited and Elper OilField Engineering.
Our service offerings span across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning Services (EPCIC) with demonstrated capacity to implement various types of infrastructural projects such as Commercial, Residential & Industrial Developments, Roads & Bridges, Interior Designs and Furniture. Our strengths lie in our vast experiences, global business networks, robust financial backing and a talented management team with a notable footprint within the Oil and Gas Industry.
Horatio Limited is currently implementing the IMS Standard (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015), integrating all our systems and processes into one complete framework, enabling us to work as a single unit with unified objectives.
