It is the responsibility of the employee to seek and request new learning or developmental opportunities within the company.
Industry Standards
Where industry standards are recognized the facilitators of the trainings must make sure they meet or even exceed such standards.
Resolve Training Needs
It is the responsibility of the Human Resource Department to facilitate all staff training and developmental activities
